May we save your details?

You get your reward either way — please choose one.

We will keep only this phone's IMEI and your reward code — that is what stops the same phone being scratched twice, and what the store checks when you claim. Your name, number and email will not be stored, so we cannot email your reward or call you if you win a big prize. Show your reward code at the store to claim.

Who is collecting this. vivo Mumbai (JMEPL), for the Khushiyon Ki Diwali activity running 6–15 November 2026.

What we collect. Your name, mobile number, email address, city, the store you bought from, your device IMEI, and the phone brand you used before if you choose to tell us.

Why. To confirm your purchase, make sure one device gets one reward, deliver your reward and code, and contact you if you win a larger prize. The brand question is used only to understand what customers are switching from.

How long. Until the activity closes and all rewards are delivered, plus the period we are required to keep records for audit.

Your choices. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, and you can withdraw this agreement at any time, by writing to the campaign team. Withdrawing will not take back a reward already given.

No marketing. Your details are used only to issue and deliver this reward. We will not send you promotional messages.
